Hire in the UK Live in Care
Live in care is a popular alternative to moving to a care home. It enables the individual to retain their independence and their lifestyle in their comfort of their own home.
Since 2002, our company has been actively involved in the recruitment and supply of nurses and care staff to Care Homes throughout the UK. We now offer the same service to families.
Our 24hrs live in care services is individually tailored to our client’s special requirements.
live in care Understanding your needs
To help us understand the required level of care for you or your family member, one of our Care Assessors will visit your home to carry out a thorough assessment.
Thereafter, a care plan will be drawn up based on our assessment and your specific care needs. This is the care plan that the careers we introduce to you will follow.
All staff introduced by our company are well screened, have police clearance (DBS) and received their mandatory training, as a minimum requirement.
One to One care in your home helps you maintain:
- Your independence
- Your routine
- Your lifestyle

clients success stories testimonials
In October 2003, Enrolled Nurses were being sought after for the position of senior healthcare assistant and I was recruited and moved to the UK on the 13th of October 2003.
Arriving in the UK was made easier by the recruiting agent working with the UK employer. We arrived in a group of 10 and under-went induction for a week, introducing us to the way of life in the UK. This helped us to overcome some of the culture shock and get to grips with the UK way of life. I was posted to a care home in Kent and everything was arranged, such as accommodation and transport to and from work.
In 2005, I moved to a learning disability care home, where I worked as a team leader and rose to deputy manager.
In 2008, I went to University to retrain as a mental health nurse, qualifying in 2011. Since then, I have worked in a variety of settings and I am currently a senior clinical manager (band 8b).
Job connections have given me a life changing experience and I am able to financially support my family in Zambia. I have managed to buy a new plot in Zambia and we are currently building on it.
