Students – Tier 4
In this category, our services are mainly for adults who have the intention to study in the UK. We are able to offer our services for the following;
- Student visa application assistance and advise for students who are outside the UK
- Student visa extension assistance and advise for students in the UK
- College or University enrollment assistance for Nurses wanting to do a BSc in International Nursing, Overseas Nursing Programme (ONP), Pre Conversion Nursing course, Higher National Diplomas (HND) or National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) in Health & Social Care
- College or University enrollment assistance for any other courses you wish to apply, such as Business studies, MBA, IT, Hospitality, English, etc.
Under the points based system, foreign students must enroll with education providers that are licensed by Home Office. All approved education providers are on the Tier 4 licensed sponsor register.
Students need 40 points for their visa application process. These points are awarded as follows;
30 points = For a visa letter issued by a Home Office approved education provider. The Visa letter must meet all the requirements of the Immigration Rules. And all the required specified documents have to be included with the application.
10 points = For maintenance money available to cover course fees and living expenses for up to 9 months.
