Our niche market is particularly aimed towards servicing employers who cannot find suitable staff within the UK and other EU countries. We have provided in excess of two thousand staff into; Residential Care, Nursing and Learning disability Homes, since 2002. Some of our clients are large Care Groups; others are small individual care homes.

We offer a professional service that has assisted many care homes in building a stable work force that is reliable and consistent in their delivery of care to service users. This has also resulted in expansion of their business because the employer knows that they can secure competent staff that they need. This is a win-win scenario for all the parties involved.

I’m one of the Directors of Job Connections UK. I have been working in the recruitment field since 1996. I hold a Diploma in Recruitment Practice from REC and am currently studying a degree in Recruitment Practice with Middlesex University.
