Overall responsibility: To manage IT related activities within the Job connections UK. This includes; websites, social networks and search optimization activities. The role will also include creating various online promotional materials.
Key duties:
- Ensuring that the sites act as a marketing tool as well as an information center for all potential clients.
- Managing our sites as well as our branches overseas
- Ensuring that the sites & social networks are kept in real time. Updating success stories, pictures, programme changes and blogs.
- Increase the awareness of Job Connections UK with our target groups through search optimization tools.
- To provide IT suggestions/solutions that can/will assist in the company’s image and growth
- Creating promotional material for our clients with guidance from the Office Manager and the Company Directors
- Ensuring that brochures, leaf-lets , posters, banners and power point presentations reflect a professional image and reflect a brand for our company.
- Liaising with printers and other sub contracted partners that relate to this role.
- To manage and attend to feedback on site comments.To complete all relevant office administrative paperwork in line with company procedures
- To familiarize and have basic knowledge of the company’s products and services. This is a continuous activity.
- Promote company products to our clients in and outside the UK
- Providing a week report to the Office manager
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- To ensure that all company procedures are adhered to at all times

Title of position: Student Services Officer
Reporting to: Office Manager
Overall responsibility: Enlightening and registering students on the various courses that we promote on behalf of partner colleges and universities.
Location: East Grinstead
Contract Term: Full Time
Salary: £7.00 an hour
Key duties:
- Orientating students on courses and the available options to them through partner Universities and Colleges
- Correctly checking the applicants past or current qualifications and immigration status to ensure that they are eligible for the course we have available
- Able to organize group orientations outside East Grinstead area
- Following up students who have inquired in the past and recommend suitable programme we have available
- Communicating with our overseas agents/ partners to ensure that we are meeting the targeted number of enrollments per intake, for each University or College
- Ensuring that you are updated with correct university enrollment dates and that Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) for all students enrolled on time
- Finding work placements for students as well as the accommodation before deadline for each programmer.
- Coordinating with our overseas agents/ partners/ placement providers and sponsor to ensure that each party is updated with the students arrival information
- Preparing all the placement documentation and ensuring that these are obtained from the employer and sent to the university on time
- Providing input for marketing materials that will be used to promote the courses
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships and forge professional links
- Ability to understand and interpret complicated regulations and procedures, and explain these in a clear and effective manner
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload in a fast moving environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively
