Immigration Services

We are regulated by the Office of Immigrations Service Commission (OISC) # F200400015, to provide services and advice to companies and individuals in relation to visa applications and sponsorship licenses. Since our commencement in May 2002, we have assisted several thousand overseas candidates in obtaining a variety of immigration status’s.

In February 2008, a new UK Immigration system was launched. The 80 routes that were previously available for people who wanted to come and work, study or train in the UK, were reduced to a 5 Tier system similar to that of Australia. The government’s aim in launching this new points based system is to control migration more effectively and to tackle abuse which existed in the previous system.

Employers wanting to employ overseas workers that require a work permit in order to work in the UK, have to apply and obtain a licence from UK Border Agency. This also applies to schools, training providers, colleges and universities; they too have to obtain a licence in order to have foreign students attend their training institution.
