Job connections has a growing reputation for providing overseas nurses of a very high calibre!!

Letters from Nurses we have placed:

This is just one example of many people from third world countries we have supported but the letter speaks for itself…

"My name is Dorothy Chibuye I come from Zambia. I am 50 years of age with 6 children. I came to the UK through Job Connections on the 12th December 2002.

I heard from a friend about Job Connections finding work for nurses to work in England as carers. I got interested and applied as I had wanted to come to England for a long time, I gave it a try.

I was called for interviews, two weeks later I was informed that I had passed the interviews and I should wait for my Work Permit and do my medical check up. I got the Visa and I arrived in the UK on the 12th December 2002 to work for Barchester at Morton Hill Health Centre in Gloucestershire.

This is my 3rd year in England and I am still working with Barchester. Since I came I attended many different courses and have seen the difference in working at a nursing home and hospitals as we do not have nursing homes in our country, it's so interesting to care for elderly people.

I have achieved a lot of things, I had worked for 22 years as a nurse in Zambia but I have learned a lot here in 3 years.

With the salary I get here, I have finished buying my little flat, send my children and grandchildren to private schools, I will be able to send them to colleges as well, things have changed a lot since I came here.

I wish other nurses will have a chance to come and work here as well, not bad. Thank you."
Dorothy Chibuye

"I feel there are some people caring and may god continue blessing you and your family. I will be communicating to you either by phone or writing, once again thank you very much and God bless you and everybody in your office."
Dorothy Mukula at Solent Grange Care Home

"Hope you are doing well. I am fine and now can call myself well settled. Just to remember you for the efforts you made to arrange for my job and traveling to this place, it's really nice and that's the beauty of it."
Faustinah, Belfast

"Dear Sir and Madam, Thank you for the work. I am ok and I settled down now. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING what you did for me…THANK YOU VERY MUCH."
Silvia, Dorchester
