Employer

We recruit and pre select applicants that meet our client’s human resources requirements. Our job placement services are all permanent placements and not on a temporary basis. We are able to recruit and supply:

Home Managers & Deputy Managers
All with relevant work experience. None of them need work permits.

Registered Nurses
All with UK Pin numbers. The staffs range from newly graduated to nurses with several years of experience.

Overseas Nursing Programme (ONP)
We have overseas nurses, registered with their local nursing board that are eligible to undergo the Overseas Nursing Programme. The employer will need to be registered under Tier 2 of the points based system.

Upon completion of the programme, the nurse should obtain her UK Pin number and then is eligible to work as a UK Registered Nurse. This is a good opportunity for Care homes to develop a pool of nurses.

Senior Care Assistants
Majority of these staff are from outside the EU and therefore need a work permit in order to work in the UK. We have an in house immigration advising team who can assist the employer and the candidate with the work permit application process.

Care Assistant/Student Placements
We work with training providers, colleges and Universities as a facilitator in finding work placements for students who need a practical study work placement in a care environment. These students are in the UK on student visa’s doing an International Nursing degree or a Health Care related course.

For overseas staff we offer additional services:

- Immigration advice and services to the employer and the applicant
– Travel bookings and co-ordination with employer
– Meet & Greet at the airport
